Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 25 April 2026These Terms and Conditions govern all sales made by Intratek (a trading name of Matthew Churchill Ltd), registered in England and Wales (Company No. 4862076), 78 York Street, London W1H 1DP ("we", "us", "our") via intratek.systems. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Contract formation
A contract is formed when we accept your order. Acceptance occurs when payment is successfully processed via Stripe and you receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued promptly.
2. Prices
All prices are displayed in GBP (UK buyers) or EUR (international buyers) and are exclusive of VAT (Matthew Churchill Ltd is not currently VAT registered). Prices are correct at time of display but may change without notice. The price charged is that displayed at the time of order placement.
3. Payment
Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. All transactions are subject to Stripe's terms of service.
4. Delivery
We ship worldwide via DHL Express, except to China and the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided by DHL and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to DHL. We will provide tracking information when available.
Shipping costs: Free to UK addresses. €55 / £48 to European destinations. Rest of world shipping is quoted and invoiced separately. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.
5. Export controls and sanctions
All sales are subject to UK export control legislation and UK financial sanctions. By placing an order you confirm that you are not located in, and will not ship goods to, any country subject to UK, EU or UN sanctions. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that we believe may violate export control or sanctions requirements.
6. Right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
If you are a consumer (not purchasing for business purposes), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. To exercise the right to cancel, contact us at [email protected] with your order reference. You must return goods in their original condition within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the goods are faulty.
Business-to-business sales are not subject to the Consumer Contracts Regulations unless agreed otherwise in writing.
7. Warranty and condition
New goods are sold as described. Refurbished goods are sold as described with any noted condition limitations. We do not offer warranties beyond the statutory minimum unless specifically stated on the product page. All goods are sold for use with compatible hardware and software — buyers are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase.
8. Limitation of liability
Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for: loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill; indirect or consequential losses; losses arising from incompatibility with third-party hardware or software; losses arising from export control compliance failures by the buyer.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Intellectual property
All products are manufactured by Huawei. Intratek is an independent reseller and has no affiliation with Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd. Product names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Complaints
