If you are purchasing as a consumer (not for business use), you have a statutory right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
How to cancel
Email [email protected] with your order reference and a statement that you wish to cancel. We will acknowledge your cancellation within 1 business day.
Returning goods
- You must return goods within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation
- Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the goods are faulty or mis-described
- We recommend using a tracked, insured service for high-value items
Refund timeline
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds are made via the original payment method (Stripe). Shipping costs are refunded only if the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
Business orders
Business-to-business sales are not subject to the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Returns for business orders are accepted at our discretion. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if goods are damaged or mis-described.
Faulty goods
If goods arrive damaged or faulty, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photographs and your order reference. We will arrange return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Compatibility
We cannot accept returns on the grounds of software or hardware incompatibility. Buyers are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase. Please read product descriptions and the software ecosystem notes carefully.
